Values & Approach:

Historic preservation projects are based in defining the goals.  They usually require in-depth research into a building’s past to develop precise specifications to honor the historical integrity.

Weaving technical systems into a building not originally designed to accommodate them is often necessary.  Combining the new with the old requires creative design solutions and an understanding of preservation guidelines.

Focusing on upholding the distinguishing and enduring features while extending or creating a functional life is the primary goal for preservation.
