The Clark County Public Service Center is the first in the county to receive the “green” LEED designation.  The Public Service Center joins a growing list of projects in the United States and Canada –only 79 as of 2004- recognized for the efforts made in their construction and operation.  LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rates a project on a scorecard with 71 items.
